We are a for profit firm but we operate at the edge of the non profit space doing considerable work without compensation for the betterment of mankind.
We operate from a selfless perspective, as non-profit firms should but rarely do. We believe making a profit is acceptable—don't abuse it. At SRI, no one takes a lavish salary, and the firm does not award lavish gifts, etc. We invest in our technology, our people, and all of humanity by creating insightful digital artifacts that anyone can use, republish, and reference to guide us all toward a better future. This includes news organizations, government officials, business leaders, academics, and any person seeking understanding in a volatile world.
To this end, we ask for your support through Contributory Memberships (CM). These are individual memberships provide exclusive access to our Insiders Portal. This portal features research, intelligence reports, reels, insights, podcasts, the ability to participate in surveys, live discussions, and links to resources on a wide range of AI topics—all customized to your specific preferences.
Our CMs are billed small amounts monthly or annually, with the more premium membership support deeply appreciated. The CMs enable us to do research that corporations and governments frequently do not want to fund, but is necessary for uncomfortable conversations. We welcome everyone to our community, as "respect for others" is a central tenet at SRI. We sincerely appreciate your financial support through a Contributory Membership.
